3D Images
Verification of intra oral structure by 3D rotation
and fine tuning. All CT images can be turned and rotated in any angle, and provide the ability to check
on both structure and soft tissues. The 3D volume rendered image is very effective for patient’s
education and understanding.

Insufficient bone in the sinus floor
It appears there is enough alveolar bone in the sinus floor when viewing the panoramic image. However, with the CT image it is apparent the bone needs augmentation prior to implant placement.
Palatal Bone Defect
To diagnose the palatal bone defect on the a tooth accurately, a 3D image gives a great advantage to provide a treatment plan over a simple 2D image.
Observation of the Spectrum in the Sinus
The ability to observe any spectrum within the sinus is important, especially if sinus augmentation is planned. The CT will provide a clearer image, and assist greatly in the planning and execution of such procedures.
